Overview
Our essential oil distillation units are fabricated from stainless steel and glass. They are simple in design, convenient to operate, portable and easily relocatable between sites.
The system is ideal for producing natural essential oils and hydrosols — rose water, ajowain water and others — from fresh and dried plant materials including leaves, flowers, petals, roots and rhizomes. The process uses water and steam distillation, and can be operated at normal, slightly elevated or reduced atmospheric pressure.

Integration with herbal extraction.
Essential oil distillation rarely lives alone. In most plants, the same biomass intake — leaves, flowers, roots — feeds both an essential oil line and a downstream extraction line for hydrosols or solvent-extracted concentrates. SS Fabrication designs these together, so pre-processing, utilities (boiler, cooling, compressed air) and effluent treatment are shared. The result is a lower capex, a smaller footprint, and a single operating team.
