How the Plant Works
| 1. Milk Reception & Chilling | Milk received from farms is cooled to 4°C instantly to preserve freshness. |
|---|---|
| 2. Clarification & Standardisation | Impurities removed; fat level standardised to product spec. |
| 3. Pasteurisation | Heated to 72–75°C and rapidly cooled — kills pathogens, extends shelf life. |
| 4. Product Processing | Conversion to curd, paneer, ghee, flavoured milk, cream. |
| 5. Packaging | Fully automatic pouch packing and bottle filling. |
Why It Matters
Milk possesses several critical minerals — calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium — together with carbohydrates (lactose), protein and fat. A well-engineered dairy processing plant preserves all of these from the cooling tank to the final pouch.
