SS Fabrication is equipped with a lab facility to conduct sponsored research and undertake turnkey API plant projects. We have good access to scientific literature and maintain a qualified, highly experienced and result-oriented research scientist on our team — backed by senior chemists and engineers developing newer-technology extraction and synthesis processes.

- GMP-compliant layout: material flow, personnel flow, contamination control.
- Equipment fabrication: SS316L reactors, jacketed vessels, columns, condensers, filters and dryers.
- Clean rooms and utilities: HVAC, purified water systems, sterile compressed air.
- Effluent management: ETP design for solvent-bearing and high-COD effluent streams.
- Validation support: IQ/OQ/PQ documentation packages.
